Tracer Study...

Unemployment of the educated persons is serious matter to policy makers, manpower planners, and educationalists .The social pains and psychological stresses that would be developed in the minds of the job seekers and their families are unbearable if graduates at any educational level become unemployed after all that long years of schooling and endeavor.

Towards understanding the market needs and placement of graduates from the ANRS TVET, Tracer Studies are carried out every year. The essence of the Tracer Studies are to find out how the graduates of TVET are placeed in the various occupation, job creation and area of needs within the Amhara Region and the country at large.

The Tracer Studies help to understand how adult education should support the initiatives of non-formal education, small business enterprise and the self-employed with respect to the employment of people and to the effective and efficient performance of employees within the productive process?
